Oberlin, OH Toy Vehicle Ordinance

311.03 TOY VEHICLES ON STREETS; PLAY STREETS.

No person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled,
skateboard, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway,
except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and except upon
streets set aside as play streets when and as authorized by the
City Manager. (Ord. 88-97AC. Passed 12-19-88. Oberlin, OH)
